Off Season Training

FLAFA is committed to the ongoing development of our athletes. We offer training opportunities during our off-season clinics. Partnering with Rangers Fastpitch coaches and players.

Winter Clinics will generally start in January and be held indoors at Forest Lake High School. This is a great opportunity for both players and coaches to learn the basics and get to know their teammates.

Winter Clinic will include Hitting, Pitching and catching as well as throwing progressions and techniques.
